How accurate are the calorie estimates?

Lento uses advanced AI to give a close estimate from your description or photo — great for tracking trends and staying in a healthy range. For exact figures (e.g. a specific branded product), you can save the precise food once and Lento reuses it, or scan its barcode.

Do I have to weigh my food?

No. That's the point — Lento is for people who won't weigh every gram. Describe the meal naturally (“a bowl of chicken soup with bread”) and you get an estimate. If you want precision, you can adjust quantities, but you never have to.

What languages does it support?

You can type or speak in virtually any language — the AI understands them all. Voice logging supports 17+ languages you can pick in Settings, and the rest of the app interface is in English.

Is my data private?

Yes. We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers. Your meals are stored securely and used only to run the app. Read the full Privacy Policy.

Does Lento support intermittent fasting?

Yes — a live eating-window timer with metabolic stages and protocols like 16:8, 18:6, OMAD and 5:2. It's optional; turn it on in Settings if you fast.
