Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lento application and website (the “Service”), operated by Netwise Media SRL (“Lento”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Lento helps you log meals and estimate their calories and macronutrients using AI, and track related wellness data such as weight and fasting windows. Estimates are approximate and provided for informational purposes only.
2. Not medical advice
Lento is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice. Calorie and macro figures are estimates and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Lento for medical decisions. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Lento.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service lawfully.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (meals, photos, notes). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to submit it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Upload malicious, illegal, or infringing content.
- Abuse, overload, or scrape the Service or its AI features.
6. Subscriptions & payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Where offered, pricing and billing terms will be presented at purchase and processed by the applicable app store (Apple or Google). Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your app store account.
7. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in the app or by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of estimates, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netwise Media SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
